What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in fabric or stitching.
• Hardware or accessories that arrive damaged or fail under normal use.
• Any workmanship issues that prevent the curtain from functioning as intended.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations.
• Normal wear and tear from daily use.
• Fading due to prolonged sun exposure.
• Damage from improper installation.
• Damage from overloading pocketed curtains resulting in excessive wear.

Remedies

• At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective items.
• If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
• Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us within 90 days of purchase.
2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
3. We will review your claim and notify you of the outcome.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of profits.
