Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and applies only to non-APO/FPO addresses at this time.
We Accept Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds When:
- You receive two identical curtains.
- Curtains are the incorrect size, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
We Do Not Accept Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds If:
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
- The product was damaged due to customer negligence.
- Items are purchased in bulk for resale.
- The item is a custom-made, clearance, or final sale product.
Returns
- All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or order number is required to complete your return.
- Customers must notify us of any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return window.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If your requested item is unavailable, you will receive a refund instead.
- Customers may pay the price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected (within 2–3 business days), you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
- Partial refunds may be granted if items are not in their original condition but still deemed resellable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur.
- If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.
Sale and Non-Returnable Items
- Sale, clearance, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
