Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment Hours

Our fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). Orders may also be fulfilled on Saturdays, holidays, and during peak deployment cycles when demand is higher.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We make every effort to process shipments within 24–48 hours of purchase. If your order takes longer than expected to process, please contact us—we will do our best to accommodate you.

Stock and Lead Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within the standard 24–48 hour processing window.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: May take up to 90 days to manufacture before shipping.
  • Custom Orders: Processing and fulfillment times vary and will be provided as an estimate in your quote and invoice.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Orders

We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package is shipped, it is transferred into the military mail system for final delivery. At this point, the package is handled by the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) and transported to the appropriate base or ship.

  • Tracking may show limited updates once the package enters the military logistics system.
  • Delivery times can vary significantly depending on duty station, deployment location, and operational conditions. While most shipments arrive within 7–21 business days, remote or forward-deployed areas may take longer.
  • Standard shipping restrictions apply; we cannot ship items prohibited by USPS or military regulations.

Note: We are not responsible for delays once packages enter the military logistics system.

Holidays and Site Notices

We do not ship during certain holidays. Any affected shipping delays will be clearly displayed in a banner on our website.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
